Competitions
We run a number of internal club competitions each season. All competitions are open to all members and are judged by an experienced judge, usually selected from the Scottish Photographic Federation list of judges. Each image is awarded a score of up to 20 points.
Competition entry is not compulsory and can be a bit daunting for new members but it’s a great way to learn how to improve your images. All images are critiqued by the judge with comments on what the judge likes about the image and also ways that the image can be improved
All competitions have two classes – prints and digital images.
